Game Room API integration for agents

What an API connection does

Normally you log in to the backend and click to create players or load credits. With an API, your own system sends those requests automatically. A player pays on your site, your site asks the game system to load them, and the balance appears without you touching the panel.

Is it right for you?

• Yes if you handle many loads a day, run a website or app, or want players to self-serve.
• Not yet if you have a few regular players. The manual panel is simpler and cheaper to run.

What you need before starting

1. A working agent account with credits.
2. A developer, or your own coding skills, to connect your site.
3. A server where your code runs and keeps the API keys private.
4. A clear plan for what happens when a request fails.

Typical actions

• Create a player account.
• Check a player balance.
• Load credits to a player.
• Redeem credits from a player.
• Read the history of a player or the agent account.

Testing before going live

Always test with small amounts first. Check every action against the backend history. Try failures on purpose: a wrong player name, a load bigger than your balance, a dropped connection. Your system should show a clear message and never load twice.

Agents and sub-agents with the API

You can still use sub-agents from the admin panel alongside the API. Many agents automate online sales and keep manual loading for shop counter players.
